For the 2024 British Grand Prix at Silverstone, 1440Sports needed a creative partner who could deliver with speed, precision, and impeccable brand alignment — turning the Udemy × McLaren partnership into a live storytelling experience that inspired, educated, and impressed every guest.

As an embedded partner to 1440Sports, Bee Herd supported every phase of the activation — from creative concept to final guest experience — working seamlessly with the McLaren Racing and Udemy teams to deliver a unified story of innovation and learning.

Brand Concept & Theming

  • Developed the “House of Skills” concept — tying the thrill of Formula 1 to Udemy’s learning philosophy.
  • Collaborated with McLaren Racing and Udemy to ensure tone, visual identity, and storytelling consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Transformed Stanford Hall into a dynamic space where performance and learning converged.

  • Designed branded collateral across the full guest journey — from suite signage to pillows, chocolates, menus, and interactive displays.
  • Produced six A1 posters reinforcing Udemy’s “Learning for Life” theme.
  • Created tactile brand moments: Udemy-branded coffee stencils, games, and personalised room drops for each guest.
