Belinda AKA ‘Bee’ founded Bee Herd Ltd in July 2019, after running a large marketing agency for the previous 12 years.
Sick of the daily churn of running an agency, I wanted to get back to what I love. Making a difference and bringing value to my customers. As the Managing Director of a large agency I was HR, H&S, Finance and any other hat that fitted on the day.
My passion is in client relationships, client work and making a difference to my clients’ brand and marketing activation. I’m back to what I love doing and I’d love to do that for you!

Coming from a background in tech, I moved into a niche insurance industry and quickly became the lead for all the areas in the business – claims, underwriting, marketing, dev team, project team, admin and finance teams. This gave me the perfect opportunity to align all these areas to ensure that we had a smooth running, well oiled machine that was a pleasure to work in and with! My passion is making businesses easy to deal with – whether you are a team member or a client. With Bee Herd I can do this for our business and help you with yours as part of our marketing and sales operations expertise – I love the way we do things here – it’s so different and makes a difference!
